So, your theory is for one reason or another, after enthusiastically pursuing (in PROVEN programs) nuclear, biological and chemical weapons for decades, and demonstrating his willingness to use them on both foreign and domestic people, that suddenly a year or so back (before we had troops in the area) he saw the light, shut down all his programs, and destroyed all the stockpiles? Why?
Or maybe when our troops started moving in, he decided to shut down all his programs and destroy all the stockpiles, but to do this in ABSOLUTE SECRECY from the U.N. and the rest of the world so we would still think he had them? Why?
Who's not making sense here? What am I missing?
