I passed the test but..
It was the pop up stopper anyway. Normally I will know when the pop up stopper is causing a problem because it gives me a page error message error in the lower left of the browser window and a audible signal. I had never seen a message like this one. All I have to do is hold shift when I click post (fix that comes with the pop up program) and it works fine. Funny there is no problem with the reply window, I get the audible but the window comes up anyway.
Ignore or delete the message at the top I posted with Netscape and thanks for the help
