It must be a terrible feeling to have had a loved one eaten. I had no idea this issue would hit so close to home. Seriously though, I've heard many cannibal jokes from the likes of Leno, Letterman, O'Brian and others. It seems to be ok when they do it.
You liberals need to grow some thicker skin and stop being so damn sensitive. Maybe we could come up with a new medical condition for it, Acute Sensitivity Syndrome or ASS for short.
