...where are the "millions of lethal doses" these "labs" allegedly manufactured?

Given that the administation has already exaggerated about the hundreds of tons of chemical and biological weapons Iraq was supposed to have had, why would we believe that their assertions about these labs are anything but an exaggeration as well?
