So Saddam DID have WMD?
It should be remembered that you cannot promote the "Saddam's WMD may now be in the hands of terrorists" theory without stipulating that Saddam did, in fact, have WMD stockpiled in Iraq.
The obvious question that follows is how safe would we have been with Saddam in power for the next twenty years and possessing those weapons? (One assumes, by definition, that he also possessed the ability to make them.) Do you think he would never have sold them to whatever group he thought could do the most damage?
