Sometimes, I ignore you. And you should be more careful before calling ANYONE ignorant (just a bit of free advise).
The Great Depression *began* with stock market crash in '29. There's a commonly know expression known as the "Roaring 20s"- The '20s are famous for prosperity and a crime wave caused by Prohibition [JFK's dad made his fortune from smuggling]. Prohibition started in 1920 and ended after 1930. The dust bowl didn't start until after 1930.
