of Republican presidents issuing Executive Orders to circumvent Supreme Court rulings? Go ahead, I can wait. That's the issue here. If you can't, then you're just blowing smoke.

Is his statement any less outrageous than Trent Lott's? Should he be condemned like Lott? Or do Democrats get a pass?
