Note: I didn't say exactly what we would call him...8-)
Ed has some poll that says something like...
1) 25 percent want NASA to have a return to the Moon or a Manned Mars Mission
2) 25 percent want NASA to study and protect the Earth
3) 25 percent want NASA to do something useful
He adds 2 and 3 to get want he wants and makes it detect impactors.
This is how his mind works!
Oh, I'm sure he will now drag out the old poll...(without a link to it so we can read what was actually asked and the other details of how the poll was made).
