A hypotheisis that has no evidence, whatsoever. Unless, of course you take thier absence as proof positive that they were moved (or hidden, or destroyed at the last second- etc)- which is directly akin to taking the absence of proof for ETs as proof that there is a cover-up AND that ETs are on earth..
