Clarification on the ALA
It is worth clarifying that while certainly the ALA is liberal as a whole, only factions of it are hard leftists, with the most prominent example I found being the SRRT. My concern is that the tail of the radical left is beginning to wag the dog of the ALA, just as with many similar organizations. It will be interesting what kind of specific statement on Cuba will come out of the organization as a whole eventually.
