Please notice how much water is used in Israel for agriculture vs. how much agriculture contributes to Israel's GDP.
We have been talking about war for oil. We have been ignoring the obvious, because America has always had enough water. Perhaps, for our enhanced understanding of the situation in the southeastern Mediterranean region, we might consider studying the motives, methods and outcomes of the private range wars during the settlement of the American West.
