I suppose its possible that the conversation was fake, and that the personnel of our intelligence agencies are too stupid to figure this out, not having the brains and perception we do. If you are proceeding from that point, I'm not sure where to go from there. Do you honestly think that this tape is something some defector brought in, saying "look what I got from my phone intercept equipment!"
As for the 9/11 connection, a lot of Americans couldn't find Iraq on a map if their lives depended on it. A lot of Americans think socialism works too. What's your point?
