All this SOU and WMD ado is just petty in the minds of most US citizens. Only the politicians, the folks that opposed the war and those that oppose Bush vehemently on virtually all issues (note that I avoided the term Bush haters) are interested in this. The issues of the economy and continuing casualties in Iraq outweigh this so much it is laughable.
This will probably remain a molehill just like the Enron flap. If it doesn't go away it will probably be because it shouldn't. No amount of political hippocracy and whining by indignant Bush opponents can give life to a horse beaten to death. Only Bush, through stupidity and/or culpability, can give it any credibility whatsoever. If that happens he probably deserves whatever he gets.
Anyone that believes it is more than a molehill at this point is kidding themself like my baby girl wishing for a BMW for her 16th birthday.
