Yes, I'm almost always in a good mood ;-) Even when bad things happen - I know to look in the mirror for the reason why.

Politics is one of my weak spots which gets me closer to being off-equilibrium than any other and I have to catch myself. I must've been a contemptuous & corrupt politician in the past to now see the foibles and flaws so clearly.

How are you doing? Everything going well in your neck of the woods? These cycles which come in so fast and furious now seem to have brought some pretty heavy things into play.

Like the old Hindu beliefs in Siva, the eternal creator/destroyer who creates and destroys simultaneously in an endless cycle, we are seeing destruction and creation simultaneously.

Turmoil and conflict give birth to future peace and compassion. Understanding is the gift of realizing that no event in itself is wholly evil or wholly good - but resides with both fully present in its conception.

Therefore loss=gain, ending=beginning & death=life.

Most take a strong dislike to this sort of assumption as it goes against the superficial takes on events that manifest around us all daily.

Change is the one constant. How we deal with that constant, in its infinite diversity, determines our rates of progression or retrogression.

Take care and make sure your consciousness always stays on an even keel as well! Even when we slip, so long as we pick ourselves up again and dust ourselves off - we are ahead of the game.
