I agree completely.
It is being over cautious that is keeping us trapped on this planet.
Everybody knows radiation will kill human beings or give them cancer thats why the space station is in an impractical low Earth orbit.
We wont ever even make living or working on Earth perfectly safe and healthy.
Instead of saying: OK radiation is a problem, this is how we are going to get around it, and do it we do endless studies and cower in low Earth orbit.
Until it gets decided to move forward we wont ever get to the point where the first person is born, lives and dies off this planet.
