I don't think we're going to make any progress on this one. You may even be right that lofting water to orbit is a great idea, but it's not where I was focusing. I was intrigued by the possibility of bringing down launch costs with a technological solution to survivability, and I was hoping for a discussion of that. Guess we agree to disagree, and live to fight another day, eh?
