I'll let you in on a little secret Don....

...this administration, most Generals and the entire DOD were prepared to lose 10,000 in the ousting of Saddam.

161 or 261 or 1600 are still considered a blessing in comparison to many of the worst case scenarios or generally accepted figures.

Doing a daily death total tells more about YOU than it does about Bush, or Rumsfeld or any of the Generals busting thier hump in the Iraqi heat. You may try to convince yourself that it is to point to a flawed war enacted on false pretenses and even feign sympathy for the families of the dead - but the bottom line is it makes you look like a sadist, who easily exploits death, smears the blood of Americans around in order to try and persuade others that his views are the correct ones.

You have to hope for more deaths in order for your campaign to thrive. You have to wake up and hope that every single day some more blood is spilled for you to smear in your posts here. For if Americans don't die what will you post about? No WMD? You tried that and no one cared. With death you must have felt you found a winning hand and you have clearly stuck with it.

The question I have to ask is what hatred, what deep down bile could get one to parade one's fellow Americans death and use their deaths as a daily political banner?

That the folks on the left don't call you on it is typical - and much for the same reason they don't look too closely at the media's behavior either. They sacrifice a little piece of their own morality and humanity to agree with the ends rather than the means.

And there we have the mirror principle into play again. The left is all bent out of shape that the ends of eliminating Saddam's regime did not justify apparently erroneous WMD claims or a unilateral war. Yet here you see no problem exploiting other families suffering to score some persuasion points?

That's a perfect example of ignoring the means to justify the ends. Exactly what you all claim to dislike in Bush.

That sort of callousness scares me far more than the Iraqi ignorance and violence - for the killers of US servicemen are mostly fanatic illiterates who have no more concern for spilling blood than water. Their violence is to be expected.

But your actions and the silence of many here to them, are far more inexplicable and worthy of study. They certainly don't make one want to sign up with your viewpoints and become just another one of the callous exploiters of death and suffering - like the media wolves you mimic.

At least they get paid for painting journalistic blood murals and pandering to the lowest common denominator while attacking Bush and his administration.

You get nothing...but perhaps this post.

;-)

And it's not even fifty cents worth,
