Maybe, if one day the Moon and the Earth are part of a federation of star systems and humans are all over the place....
But then, our current language might very well be unrecognizable.
In french, we used to say "alunir" for landing on the Moon , (as opposed to atterrir for landing on Earth) but "alunir" has vanished because landing on all the other planets would have made it very difficult to every time come up with a new word.
Also, what is planet and an asteroïd or a KBO...the line becomes thinner;)
