You are aware that there's no real conflict between the desire to pay lower taxes and the idea that the government taxes too much?
You can bet that Romney, over the past ten years, has pumped more cash into the Treasury than the vast majority of voters has. Remember, almost half the people who file tax forms pay no income tax at all. Never mind the ones that don't file at all.
One blogger wrote that the reason Democrats are so eager to see Romney's income tax forms is that it's the first chance many of them have to see what one looks like.
