Iraq maybe a "honey pot"

The following passage comes from this link.

>Mr. Bremer said the basic strategy to fend off terrorist attacks was to press
>for new intelligence and mount raids to pre-empt them. "In the broadest
>sense, of course, though it is hard on us here, I would rather be fighting
>them here than fighting them in New York," he said.

Apparently this is a strategy that was defined by Paul Wolfowitz and maybe the
fundamental hidden agenda behind the Iraq War, i.e. turning Iraq into a big
"honey pot" for terrorists. It makes sense. In the Middle East there's a
huge reservoir of angry young men who have received decades of virulent
anti-American/anti-Jewish/anti-European indoctrination at Islamic
fundamentalist madressas. These people wanted to kill Americans through
suicide tactics before 9/11. We can not make them any more angrier than they
already are and there is probably no practical way they can be rehabilitated by
nonviolent means. Creating a mechanism that attracts these people to a "safe"
place where they can be easily killed or captured would be a cunning tactic.
However this raises another queston: What's being done about the madressas
(Islamic schools) were these people are receiving terrorist indoctrination
and the mullahs who are running them? The only way this reservoir can be
emptied is by turning it off at the source.
