Thats how high I jumped from when I was in Texas. of course I wanted to go higher, but they couldn't legally. Before takeoff they said it would be between 11.5 and 12.5. . . I'm sure they would have let me jump from 12,500 if thier rickety plane could have gotten up that high with all of us in there.
took me 50 seconds to fall 6,500 feet and six minutes in the parachut to go from there. . . thats plenty high.

(p.s. it was my first jump, not tandem or static line, they let me go by myself, its amazing what money can do.)
