I had thought more from you, RobVG, then to jump on the 'F You' circled-bandwagon that half the conservatives here are in/on. In my opinion, you were one of the only true moderate conservatives with one of the only 'this is important' additudes. Are you going to join in in the chourus of unsult hurls now?

RobVG- This is absolute bullshit. If you think this way, then you have never read what i had to say- but pideonholed me. I agreed in the existence of WMD before and for LONG after the war. Only about a month into the war did I start believing that someone somewhere had been HUGELY incompetent or totally dishonest.

My arguments against the war in the FIRST PLACE were issues of policy, global power, just cause and expected outcome. This war was MASSIVELY WRONG on all of those counts (for a portion of the reasons for that, see my 'Absurd' thread with Frank below).

In some ways I wish we had actually FOUND WMD, so that the underpinnings of this war could be examined, and not the shadowplay of WMD.

BTW, I never bought the terrorists, thats on record. When Robert gets the search engine working, go confirm ALL of what I tould you.

As to wait for the election- it means NOTHING to wait for the election if even the 'good guys' like Tom are in self-denial and pumping out pro-bush pro-WMD rhetoric. Unless the roots start feeding the trunk something different, the spring flowers will smell like bullshit.
