I wish you and your fiancÃ© nothing but the best, and I really hope everything works out for you two.

But remember this (I know you do), beyond anything else unconditional love and support regardless of the circumstance is essential.

Good luck Bud, I hope the disease is conquered one day and that you have the fortitude to deal with it on a day to day basisâ€™s.
