While visiting my family, I got old photographs of our early life there. Pretty country. Peach capital of Canada. I'll have to contact some of my friends who have since moved out there. My cousins had to evacuate.
It's hard to imagine flames 400 feet high and moving that fast.
It's not safe anywhere anymore.

You move to a place where you think you're safe, and then disaster happens.
Is it just me, or are disasters the Order of the Day right now?
Maybe we shouldn't be over in Iraq and Afghanistan pushing our luck.
Maybe the Gods are angry with us.
Maybe the CME's are ready to spin out of control and incinerate us.
Maybe the aliens are coming.
