I've noticed delays the last week or so, but I chalked them up to heavy traffic due to the SOBIG worm. There've been other reports of congestion. Since most people are using IE, it's hard to separate the possibility of congestion from the possibility of something wrong with IE. But why would everybody's IE start exhibiting the same flakiness? Has Windows Update included a patch that might simultaneously affect IE installations everywhere?
I'm using Mozilla right now to compare it with IE, doing the same thing in both browsers side-by-side, and I'm not seeing a difference. I've only been at it a few minutes, though, not yet enough time to make a definitive judgment.
So many questions, too little data. I don't know what to conclude, Tom.
