re: Internet Explorer becoming a real pig
Still getting this behavior at certain sites. The Corner at National Review is a major culprit, as is a modelmaking BBS I frequent. It just stalls out. Entering the same URLs on Netscape brings each site up immediately. The stalling effect seems to show up after I've been running IE for a while. Still changing variables to see what happens.
Habitable Zone does not seem to be vulnerable, nor do some others. I wonder if it has to do with popups, or cookies.
