The comment on it missing from ICAMSR was in regard to your bogus claim that manned missions are scifi. Since these demonstrate your technical expertise on the subject is nil and you fail to admit it why would anyone trust you on anything else?
On the subject of planetary protection your lack of expertise has also been exposed many times. A review is here These reviews include links to people who disagree with Zubrin on the issue. Imagine that someone willing to document both sides of an argument. A concept of scientific debate you still obviously do not get.
