Too easy Tom
Don'tyaknow, Gore would have reacted in exactly the same way to 911.
All the rest can be attributed to inept Bush diplomacy. Gore would have used skillful diplomacy to have the UN and all the security council eating out of our hand. We would probably have gone after Saddam but only after the inspection teams were done and we would have had world wide support.
That is assuming you are not one of the nuts that think Bush planned 911 or that we should have sent in the FBI to arrest the perps. In either of those cases Gore would have had the proper response.
