Well, that isn't exactly chopped liver. Do you really think the government would grow more slowly under Dean or Hillary? Remember, if Hillary had managed to get her health-care program planned, I don't think we would today be bragging about Clinton surpluses. Personally, I still think a lot of the economic growth was due to the Federal government being too preoccupied with sniping at each other to actually DO anything.
