Nonsense from Barry's heroes

Fred Hoyle and Chandra Wickramasinghe contend that some viral epidemics come from space. This is clearly ludicrous and demonstrates that they are not just ignorant on "astro-biology" but biology as well! That Barry swallows this nonsense blindly leads one to question why anybody would take him seriously. I am willing to debate him on this subject, but only if he will face the technical issues, and not resort to his cut and paste nonsense!
