I always thought of myself as a hippie,(we preferred to call ourselves "freaks"), and I still do. I knew perfectly well neither I nor my fellow freaks fit any of the stereotypes the "straights" insisted on putting us into. Today, I may not look or talk or live like a freak, but I still am one.
If you really want to know what a real hippie is like, study my posts. If you can't see it, or don't care, well...that's why I'm a freak and you're not.
What really steams the straights is that they realize we can pass unnoticed easily in their world, but they can't begin to understand ours.
