The North Koreans have had two nuke programs. They suspended one during the clinton years when they were getting payola from the SKs and clinton.
They never slowed down their Uranium program, and clinton ignored it.
They restarted the plutonium program during the end of clinton's reign when the payola slowed down.
Bush called the NK despot for what he is.
Democrats, as represented here, can't handle it and blame everyone else in the room.
