Nowhere in that "report" does it suggest that Mr. Clinton gave the Chinese classified missile technology. The report discusses the Chinese efforts to obtain such technology, and it talks about how some American businesses may have cooperated with the CHinese for profit, but it never claims Mr. Clinton actually gave it to them.
