I think their real motives in this are as transparent as the lawyers in Texas
This is about institutionalized power, and their desperation to keep it.
The people are fodder for their appetite, or more accurately their tax dollars and acquiescence.My guess is that Texans will vote to reform the worst excesses of the lawyers today, and that the dems will lose on their desire for educational monopoly as well.
