England Delayed Defeat Until The US Joined

Without Britain Europe would have suffered greatly because the wars would have been lost before the US got around to getting involved. The same attitudes so in evidence with the Iraq war held up US assistance. Do you think Britain would have eventually one these wars without US assistance? Britain was key, but I do not think they could have done it alone.
