Something puzzles me about this...
A spy for who? To what purpose? A spy for al-Qaeda? The only possible reason one could think of to get the layout of the prison would be to get some outside force to attempt a breakout. In Guantanamo? How? And what other information could a spy gain? Who is being held there? Is this useful to al Qaeda? Or anyone?
I can think of some other scenarios that would make more sense, but will wait for further data. Put it this way: spies can come from anywhere.
