Couldn't agree more..
Especially when a neatness requirement is enforced. Uniforms are required in my State boys are not required to wear a tie, as I would prefer.
The grade schools run a tight ship but my daughters high school is very lax on neatness and most of the kids walk around with their shirt tails out and pants on their hips. They are supposed to wear khaki pants but any shade of tan is permited, so there is nothing uniform about it.
By the way, change your tie to black in the picture and you look like the pride of aryan nations. :)
