If he just bides his time, Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante will have Arnold right where he wants him, and possibly the governorship as well -- through default.

Criminal charges are being leveled on Schwarzenegger, whether he likes it or not, whether he apologizes or not -- whether the statute of limitations have run out or not. Arnold needs to clean up his act, quickly, find all the areas he is legally weak in, and start paying off his accusers -- otherwise a newly-elected governor will be removed from office in handcuffs, and Cruz will take over.
