Poor baby. Sheesh. The kind of weather you'd expect on the windward side of the Rocky Mountains, just inland from the Pacific Ocean, where the temperatures never drop below 10 deg C even in January! If you got the same weather there that we get in eastern Canada, you'd think the Earth tilted abruptly on it's axis or something.
