imho, VB is wonderfully easy and remarkably powerful. It integrates very tightly with pretty much all other MS stuff, so you've got an amazing library (as it were) to help you out. The only real danger with using VB is that you might have too much fun...well, I suppose there are some portability issues, but why spoil a good party?
