The error was rather glaring. It's amazing how so much stuff is quoted these days without proper context or statistical relevance. Larry made a good case of this himself a while back regarding awarding contracts. You can't scream favoritism based on percentage iof contracts in Iraq alone, you've got to compare it to percentage of market share in bidded contracts and the economy as a whole.
