And humans make imperfect decisions, especially when seen in hindsight.
You make many good points. I like the distinction between equivalency and high ground.
In too much of what we humans do, we find ourselves firmly lodged between the two.
But life requires actions, and actions require doing more than sitting with an existential crisis.
If push comes to shove, Israel will get our full support.
It will be a total realignment of US priorities to tolerate the destruciton of Israel. And Israel possesing enough firepower to flatten every ME city of any size, will not once again go quietly back into the dustbin of failed states.
