When Saddam was in power and the UN maintained its sanctions, were there terrorist attacks in Iraq?
OBL hated Saddam and that should have been used in our fight against terrorism.
Instead, now, terrorists converge into Iraq and mix with Saddam's troops.
Terrorists also show up in the very same country were most of those who committed 9/11 came from.
