I think you are wrong Rauol: No matter who was President, there was going to be a war in Iraq.
No matter who was President: Sadam was due to be ousted from Iraq.
Would Sadaam have left Iraq without President Gore first invading?
I sincerly doubt it.
I saw nothing during the Clinton-Gore Administration that would make me believe that they were any less inclined than the Bush Administration to use military force in Iraq.
If anything, they were more inclined to use military force. Hell, the Clinton Administration even resorted to the use of military force against some whacked out Cristion group in Waco Texas...
