The idea is to do on the larger stage what we see done here
For the pro-saddam crowd to hide their true intents in patriotism and to spam the media with report after report of false claims, hoping that enough of the people are fooled long enough to turn Iraq into a Vietnam style self defeat for America.
This is just more of the big lie technique that Don relies on to sustain his effort.
