OK, just read all 30 pages. Man, is it dense! Seemingly written from terse notes. Head spinning. Can't quite connect what I'm supposed to look for vis. distortion WP article. Some positive news. Some negative. Affirms judgment re: Saddam not passing WMD to terrorists, e.g. AQ. Says no sign of AQ. Red herring? Help me out here. Save my writing style!
