I've never spent long time at 14,000. I have at 9,000 ft while athletically training and swimming underwater laps and that kind of stuff so I know what worked for me.
Ever give blood? Stop.
Aspirin and Blood thinners? I'm doubtful of those. You need more red blood cells per vol, not less.
Ingest iron rich foods. Don't mess with the pills, they can jack your stomach.
Eat more red meat and dark greens like spinach and broccoli. It's not an instant solution but it'll help in the long run if you're going to be working there for years. Drinking coffee and eating tofu (you did go to UT, right? :/) isn't going to help you much.
Big meals also draw lots of blood to the digestive tract and away from other area like the brain.
Spread out food consumption over longer periods. Also, hows the humidity up there? Get the dry nostrils? I'm guessing it's low just by virtue of the lower total pressure. Drink lots of water.
Also, ginger seems to help in the short term. Get the real Ginger Ales with actual ginger in them, not the Canada Dry or Schweps.
