A possible K.I.S.S. solution...
Supplemental oxygen is available quite readily for many medical purposes. I see older people hauling them all over the place. I don't know how you work when you are working at the telescope, but if you spend a lot of time at a console or something, a little standard cart with a shot of O2 now and then might be just what you need. I'd ask a doctor about it.
