God forbid we take any risk, set any hard goals, or develope any radical new technology.
Seems to me that's pretty much what we're doing. Going into space at all is risky, even just to leo. The hard goal is to establish our capabilities in the earth-moon region, and it sems to me that Prometheus, while perhaps not new in concept, will offer radical improvements in what we can do.
