I couldn't agree more.
The list is just too small. And speeking of US centric, What about the Concorde?
It should go down in history as proving Boeing right- Supersonic passenger planes are not cost effective. (Boeing knew this when they scrapped the SST)
Kind of ironic that Boeing's Museum of Flight was one of the first to recieve one of the new "museum pieces".
